Who are some good techno/dance artists?

i want to buy some more cds. what is some good techno/dance music?

2. TIESTO! go to pandora.com and select techno as the genre. It'll give you a lot of different artists...good way to discover new music.

4. Moby, of course, is decent and somewhat legendary in techno. Also check MGMT, not exactly dance, but that depends on what you like to dance to. Sort of a blend of indie rock and electronica, I don't know about techno, but worth listening to.

6. If you can get an account setup on gomusic.ru and put $40 down on it, its well worth it, only like 10 cents per song. If not you can at least go there and listen to samples of songs. Theres a ton of techno/dance albums on there. Here's some of the albums I got off there: Gatecrasher Classics Clubland 12 and Clubland 14 Future Trance Dream Dance DJ Networx 32 and DJ Networx 35 Dj Meeting 2007 The Best DJ Hits Ministry Of Sound A few artists to look up on there: Basshunter Pulsedriver Darren Styles Scooter Like I said, theres a TON of dance music and pop music on that site so its well worth it if you can put 40 bucks on it.
