How do I download the dance music from Ring the Alarm by Beyonce?

I need the dance music for my talent show... I just don't know how or where to get it. I tried youtube and they had the video but i cant put the video on the cd and just use it for the music. It wouldnt work. So where could I find it? It's the music where it has all the car sounds... I call it the car dance.
