Dance Music CDs

Has anyone played Dance Factory where you can use your own music CDs?

I just bough DDR SuperNova and was looking at this Dance Factory game also. I just wondered if anyone had tried it with their own music CD and how well it works. I am a middle-aged mom who plays it with her teenaged son and we beat the you know what what out of each other playing DDR. What a workout!
